BeRemarkable Foundation Inc ("BeRemarkable," "we," "us") is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 82-2153771) based in New Windsor, NY. This policy explains what information we collect through beremarkable.org, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, donate, join our newsletter, join the Andi waitlist, or contact us, we collect what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and your message. If you donate, our payment processor collects your payment details (see below).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic, non-identifying analytics — pages visited, general location (country/region), device and browser type — to understand how the site is used and improve it.
We use your information only to:
Donations are handled by a trusted third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card or bank details — those go directly to the processor, which is responsible for securing them. We retain a record of your gift (amount, date, name, and email) for receipts, accounting, and IRS reporting.
If you join our list, we'll send occasional updates (we aim for about one email a month). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We don't add anyone to our list without their permission.
We do not sell your personal information — ever. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the foundation (for example, our payment processor, email/newsletter tool, and analytics provider), and only as needed to do the work. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We may use cookies or similar tools to keep the site working and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
This website is intended for parents, donors, partners, educators, and supporters — not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has provided us information, please email us and we'll delete it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Just email info@BeRemarkable.org and we'll take care of it.
If we update this policy, we'll revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
